Make Music a Part of Your Week! The Young Appalachian Musicians (YAM) Evening Music Program offers weekly lessons for musicians of all ages and experience levels. Whether you're picking up an instrument for the first time, returning after years away, or looking to sharpen your skills, you'll find a welcoming community where musicians learn, grow, and share the traditions of Southern Appalachian music together. Our experienced instructors teach guitar, fiddle, banjo, mandolin, and more while building confidence, friendships, and a lifelong love of making music.

- Central – Mondays at Southern Wesleyan University, Fine Arts Building, 907 Wesleyan Drive, Central, SC
- Pickens – Tuesdays at the Hagood Community Center, 129 Schoolhouse Street, Pickens, SC
- Six Mile – Tuesdays at the Roper Building, 149 N. Main Street, Six Mile, SC
- Easley – Tuesdays at Easley First Baptist Church, 300 E. First Avenue, Easley, SC
- Salem – Thursdays at the Eagles Nest Arts Center, 4 Eagle Lane, Salem, SC
