Whether you're just learning your first tune or have been picking for years, everyone is welcome to join our Oolenoy Slow Jam on the first Friday of each month at the Oolenoy Community House in Dacusville. The Slow Jam begins at 6:00 PM and is designed especially for beginners and developing musicians, offering a fun, encouraging environment to build confidence, learn traditional bluegrass tunes, and play alongside others. At 7:00 PM, the regular Friday Night Jam begins, giving participants the opportunity to stay, listen, or jump into the circle with musicians of all experience levels. We especially encourage our YAM students and families to come join the circle, make new friends, and experience the joy of making music together!
