 g together many of the finest bluegrass\, Americana\, and roots musicians f
 rom across the country.\nFor our students\, this is far more than a perform
 ance. It's an opportunity to represent the Young Appalachian Musicians (YAM
 ) Program on one of the nation's premier bluegrass stages. Sharing the fest
 ival with legendary artists and talented young musicians from across the re
 gion reflects YAM's mission of preserving Southern Appalachian musical trad
 itions while inspiring the next generation to carry them forward. We invite
  our YAM families and friends to join us as we celebrate this exciting mile
 stone for Carolina Roots!
