 ed by the City of Pickens. Through our valued partnership with the City\, t
 hese performances provide students with meaningful opportunities to build c
 onfidence\, develop stage presence\, and share the rich traditions of South
 ern Appalachian music with the community. The Sweet Potato Pie Kids serve a
 s young ambassadors for YAM\, demonstrating how music fosters character\, t
 eamwork\, leadership\, and a lifelong appreciation for our region's cultura
 l heritage. We invite everyone to come out\, support these talented young m
 usicians\, and celebrate the power of community through music.
