 te Fiddling Championship\, on Friday and Saturday\, September 18-19\, 2026
 . This beloved\, state-sanctioned two-day event draws competitors\, music l
 overs\, and families for an unforgettable weekend of traditional tunes\, hi
 story\, and community.\nThe festivities begin Friday evening at 7:30 p.m.
  in the Heritage Pavilion with:\n\nBlindhouse (Cody Bauer\, Duck Ryan\, R
 yan Dunaway\, and George Colyer) and the Blue Wall Ramblers (Becky Stoval
 l\, David White\, Patrick Powers\, and Walter Harris)\n\nOn Saturday\, the
  SC State Fiddling Championship kicks off at 9:00 a.m. Competitions wil
 l be held in fiddle\, guitar\, banjo\, open (formerly wildcat)\, and old-ti
 me string band—each in youth and adult divisions. The championship runs l
 ate into the evening\, so visitors are encouraged to plan accordingly.\nThe
  Saturday night concert will begin around 7:30 p.m. with:\n\nGeorge Jack
 son with Tall Poppy String Band and the Blue Ridge Rounders\, (Bob and A
 my Buckingham\, and Jamie Carter)\n\nTicket Options\n\n\nWeekend Camping Pa
 ckage (Friday–Sunday) – Includes 2 camping passes\, 2 Friday & Saturda
 y concert tickets\, and general admission to Saturday’s State Fiddling Co

 on Saturday\, with fresh stone-ground products available for purchase. Gues

 edar tree beside the site’s 1791 log cabin. Visitors are encouraged to br
