 roud to announce the third year of JAM’s annual conference: JAM Sessions
 : Traditional Music Education Summit. This dynamic gathering is designed to
  offer professional development and opportunities for collaboration for tea
 ching artists and program directors in JAM affiliated programs. Lodging\, m
 eals and attendance for this 4 day event is covered for only $50.00/partici
 pant this year. The Summit will be held September 21 – 24\, 2026 at WildA
 cres Retreat Center (the location of the first Summit). WildAcres is in Lit
 tle Switzerland\, NC – in between Boone and Asheville off the Blue Ridge 
 Parkway.  Sign up now to reserve your spot\; space is limited.\nThe goals 
 of this professional development gathering include panel sessions and works
 hops led by master instructors and music education professionals\, which of
 fer skill development\, higher level learning\, and a pathway for connectio
 ns between musicians and programs in the mountainous 7-state region of Nort
 h Carolina\, South Carolina\, Tennessee\, Virginia\, West Virginia\, Kentuc
 ky and Georgia!\nAttendance at the 2026 Summit will not qualify participant
 s for JAM’s Teacher Certification Program. The JAM Teacher Certification
  Program is currently housed online after its live development at the first
